Thank you for your interest in owning your own Pet Planet Franchise. For most future franchisees, the first step in getting started is to complete and submit our Initial Interest Survey. However, if you have already done that and are ready to move on the next stage of the application process, or if you are anxious to move forward in opening your own business with a Pet Planet Franchise, you may choose to complete our full Franchise Application Form, and the Confidentiality Agreement.
For your convenience, the Application Form and Confidentiality Agreement are available as downloadable files, which require Acrobat Reader. If you do not have the Reader, you may download it for free here.
Please note that we require both documents to process your Application, and that the Application form and Confidentiality Agreements cannot be submitted online. This is both for the security of your personal information, and because they require your signature. You may submit these documents either by fax at (403) 279-4796, or in a sealed envelope at any Pet Planet location.
Please ensure your application is complete and accurate, do not leave any blank spaces. Each partner (other than your spouse) in your potential franchise must complete a separate application. All information you provide will be held in confidence, and your employer will not be contacted without your consent. Completion of this application does not obligate you to Pet Planet in any way.
